Here at Baileys Gym we have two main focuses; Strength and Fitness. Our gym is designed so you can train both of these aspects in completely different environments. Our cardio room consists of Running Machines, Steppers, Rowing Machines, Arc Trainers, Cross Trainers, Jacobs Ladder and a top of the range PowerPlate. A small dividing wall separates these machines from our abdominal/stretching area and extensive range of resistance machines including:
